Sandro Fraticelli, an Italian marine mechanic, electronics expert, and entrepreneur, began his career in 1990 in Civitavecchia, Rome, at his own shipyard, Assistenze Nautiche Dedo & Sandro. In 2014, Sandro moved to Miami and founded Marine Assistance LLC, specializing in premium Italian boat maintenance for brands such as Azimut, Benetti, Ferretti, Custom Line, Riva, Pershing, Wally, San Lorenzo, and more.
Over the years, Marine Assistance has become a cornerstone in the sector, collaborating closely with companies like Marine Max and forming relationships with Opacmare, Amare, and Canalicchio to best represent Italian nautical craftsmanship in the United States.

FIRST JOB
Sandro Fraticelli began his nautical career working at "Cantiere Nautico Civitavecchia" of Franco Esperto, in Civitavecchia.
FIRST WORKSHOP PURCHASE
Purchase of a workshop at the "Riva di Traiano" marina in Civitavecchia.
SHIPYARD OPENING
About 35 years ago, we opened our first nautical yard in Civitavecchia for the repair and construction of medium and large pleasure boats. In a few years, we became a coastal reference for maintenance and repair of all types of boats.
TRAINING COURSE IN THE USA
Participation in a training course at the "Regal Boat Yard" in Orlando, USA, sparking interest in the American market.
FIRST BOAT CONSTRUCTION
Sandro built his own racing boat to participate in the European Class C powerboating championship.
DEDO & SANDRO TEAM
Sandro Fraticelli's racing boat was purchased by another pilot, with the Dedo & Sandro yard turning into a team for managing both the boat and the team.
FIRST USA LOCATION
In 2014, we opened our first location in the USA in Fort Lauderdale, featuring a privately-owned warehouse/workshop where we perform mechanical, electrical repairs, welding, turning, electrohydraulic, piping repairs, and more.
BOSTON SERVICE OPENING
In 2021, we opened a service center in Boston, collaborating with MarineMax Boston for repairs, troubleshooting, and winterization services at their request.

Marine Assistance provides technical assistance in Miami, Boston, and New York during the summer months. Sandro and his son Alessandro founded "Spare Part Italia" to supply spare parts for Italian boats, with direct shipping to the United States and South American islands via DHL International.
